The First Open This image on Photoshop
Make Selection On the Lip
Press Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V to copy or can use a duplicate image
And click Ctrl + T for Transform image
Drag to enlarge image
Select the Eraser Toll
Erase the outer lip to keep tidy.
